Suspended Facades

The suspended facade represents a combination of aluminum and glass as an alternative of conventional walls of the buildings and it allows to achieve different forms with clarity and precision of the lines and it also has a perfect appearance, wide panoramic view, excellent thermal insulation, which make it the preferred choice for every designer and architect when looking for a modern vision of residential and office buildings. Different types of aluminum frame systems are used for their construction that allows unconventional architectural solutions. Facade glazing is imposing itself on the market with the exclusive opportunities that it offers - frames of different sizes and a wide range of different types of glass packets.

Their accomplishment is decided in various manners - with external aluminum cap vertically and horizontally, or only on one of the sides, with silicone joint or with “dry” joint, i.e. with “invisible” external part. Facade systems allow performing structures by reversing the horizontal axis up to 15 degrees, without using additional elements. In its capacity of filler, glass packets with exterior low emissivity glass are commonly used, but depending on the purpose and intended use of the building, any poorly thermal conducting material can be used.

ЧThe main part of the high buildings design is the choice of an appropriate system for suspended facades, as well as glasses and glass packets.

In our work we have confidence in the facade systems of Alumil (Greece), Schüco (Germany), and in the last year, in search of new solutions to meet the needs of our customers - the Belgian company Reynaers, the products of which are certified by the most renowned Institute of Building Physics ift Rozenheim for thermal and sound insulation.

Suspended facades are:

Standard suspended facade - with aluminum caps visible from the outside, possibility for choice of color as per the RAL catalog and different design. No special tempered glass is required.

Semi-structural suspended facade – with joints visible from the outside between the glass packets and narrow aluminum profiles. No external distinguishing difference between openable and non-openable part is observed.

Structural suspended facade – with silicone joints visible from the outside between the glass packets, without aluminum profiles. No external distinguishing difference between openable and non-openable part is observed.

Aluminum composite panels – high quality solution suitable for cladding of whole facades and individual architectural elements. They are composed of two aluminum sheets, glued on both sides on extruded polyethylene basis. Extremely slim and healthy product, resistant to bending, which satisfies the needs of both designers and architects, and also of investors and installation teams. The aluminum panel is specifically designed for interior and exterior cladding of buildings and it is offered in a various range of colors.

The aluminum panels do not deform and they are resistant to strong winds. They are designed to withstand the most severe weather conditions. Furthermore, they minimize the risk of alkali, hydrochloric or acidic corrosion which occurs due to temperature changes or continuous effects of UV rays.

Therefore, this material is suitable for the performance of suspended facades of office buildings or commercial premises. The old buildings acquire a modern look due to the aluminum panels.

Ventilatable facades are used for cladding of facades, externally imitating ceramics.

They are certified under the QUALICOAT International Certificate, which is a guarantee that the facade will be beautiful, safe and fire resistant.

Pursuant to the requirements of the buildings, aluminum lamellae in various sizes can be selected, painted in standard or specially selected colors.

With their relative weight of 7 kg/sq. m, the profiles can be quickly and easily installed, having lower prime cost than the ceramic facades.
